My College Max is a comprehensive interactive portal that enables coaches to be a guiding voice to help high school and college students make informed decisions, save money and prepare for satisfying careers. Equipped with a practical, accessible suite of tools such as assessments, a future income calculator, resources and training (My College Max University), licensed coaches have access to a one-of-a-kind approach that is straightforward, highly profitable and able to positively change the future for students and families.

What does an MCM College Success Coach do?
An MCM Coach provides critical guidance to high school and college students by empowering them to make informed decisions about their education and career path. As a result, MCM coaching students typically graduate on time, with a competitive resume, and minimal debt, compared to their peers.
The MCM Coach uses evidence-based tools on the MyCollegeMax.com portal to coach their students. Students begin by taking four 20-minute assessments, then meet with the coach in person or virtually for about 60 minutes. The MCM Coach then reviews the assessments with the student and links them to up-to-date databases that help students choose a major. After that interpretation and review, the coach reviews the other tools on the MCM site that may also be beneficial to the student.
Finally, the coach meets with the parents for about 30 minutes, reviews what they discussed with the student, and answers any questions.

Do I need to have a background in education to become an MCM coach?
This program is designed for individuals who are passionate about working with students, who are interested in building a second income and business, and who want to be part of a solution that is desperately needed by so many high school and college students. Because, My College Max is a “practice-based” program, meaning we provide guidance based on experience rather than theory, anyone with a college degree, professional work experience, and/or graduate work, can become a successful coach.
