Dr. Harvey's Coaching Team

Dr. Steve Harvey has held several Chief Executive Officer positions including for Integrity Partners for Behavioral Health IPA, Inc., WNY Consortium of Higher Education, The Center for Educational and Career Advancement, Inc., National Center for Student Leadership, Inc., and My Campus Max, LLC as well as Vice President of Research and Program Funding for EPIC, Inc.  Steve's combined experience in for-profit and non-profit executive leadership, as well as his roles in higher education including but not limited to Senior Career Associate, Adjunct Professor, and Researcher provide him a unique vantage point as a national leader for student success and ledership developemnt. Steve's role in launching large collaborative ventures and a number of entrepreneurial businesses, spearheading the largest entrepreneurship competition and running the largest student recruitment program in NYS, and teaching in the graduate Executive Leadership and Change program, make him a strong resource for individuals seeking to launch their own coaching businesses.  Finally, Steve has over 20 years consulting non-profit organizations in the areas of strategic planning, organizational development, marketing, program development, and grant writing, raising over $27,000,000 for his clients.

Steve has conducted research in the areas of emotional intelligence, college readiness, career readiness, student learning outcomes, student mental health, academic achievement, parent education, character education, and identity formation, and is published in a variety of educational, peer-review journals.  In addition, he is an adjunct professor in the Executive Leadership and Change graduate program at Daemen College and the Social and Psychological Foundations of Education Department at Buffalo State College.  He has taught in higher education for over 27 years from college freshmen to doctoral candidates.  Dr. Harvey is actively involved in several WNY not-for-profits and has been a member of several national, state, and regional not-for-profit boards.  In 2008, Dr. Harvey was named to Business First’s 40 Under 40, in 2007 he received the Buffalo State College’s Outstanding Teacher Award, and he is a member of the Leadership Buffalo Class of 2007.  Resume   |   Research Resume   |   LinkedIn   |   https://drsteveharvey.mycollegemax.com

Katie Webster is the Chief Executive Officer of Guided Decisions college coaching and Feelings Rock, an international organization that licenses coaches to implement a youth music program. In her work she has grown the national organization into an international organization, doubled the number of instructors, and created a number of professional development modules that assist instructors with growing their businesses, expanding their client-base, marketing their brand, and promoting evidence-based childhood development practices.  She has created a community of leaders that build each other up and deliver the highest quality programs. Katie started her career as a teacher and earned her teacher certification degree from Geneseo College. Her focus is compassionate coaching and assisting young adults with negotiating the transition from high school to college with a sense of purpose and a hightened ability to deal with the stress and anxiety that is often associated with this transition. Michelle Riggio, M.Ed.: Michelle has worked in higher education for over 25 years and has held several leadership positions including Admissions Supervisor for the UB Education Opportunity Center (UBEOC), Director of Western New York Job Corps, and Testing Coordinator for one of the largest testing operations in New York State. Michelle has been a member of the UBEOC Leadership Team where they oversee the strategic operations of the NYS’s largest center and continuous improvement of their student programs. She has supervised college student personnel staff and their efforts to prepare students for success post-graduation. Michelle has developed specific programs for students including but not limited to preparing for your career, the job search made easy, resume building, interviewing, maximizing your college experience, and developing marketable skills employers are seeking. Michelle’s focus on student learning outcomes and job readiness positions her well to oversee the operations of MCM for Coaches! Tania Molnar: Tania studied English at the University at Buffalo prior to starting a career in management at Wegmans Food Markets. In her 20 years with the company, she had the opportunity to live in New Jersey and Virginia, where she was able to grow her career, eventually becoming a Front End Manager, overseeing 150+ employees and occasionally running the store. Working with others and helping them to achieve their goals has always been a passion of Tania's. Her favorite responsibility at Wegmans was teaching others what She knew in order to help them get promoted.
